My Oma Always Red Pepper Jelly is probably the best known of spicy jellies. This locally made version is wonderful as expected on cream cheese and crackers. But it’s also amazing in a grilled cheese sandwich, or added to a marinade for a hint of sweet and spicy. We’ve even heard reports of having it on your ice cream for an unexpected flavour twist.
